1. Use of the app

RecceNotes is a support tool for creating, recording, editing and exporting rally recce notes. Use of the app is the user’s responsibility.

2. Note validation

RecceNotes does not replace human validation of notes, distances, instructions or exported files. The user must always verify information before using it in a real context.

3. GPS, orientation and distances

The app may use GPS, device orientation and user-selected settings to support note recording. Accuracy may vary depending on the device, signal conditions, calibration, phone placement and configuration used.

4. Licensing

RecceNotes includes a 14-day trial. After the trial, professional functions require Pro activation. Pro is a one-time/lifetime purchase through Google Play. There is no subscription and no separate RecceNotes login.

5. Copyright and intellectual property

RecceNotes, including its name, logo, interface, texts, visual structure, features, documentation and associated graphic materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Use of the app does not grant the user any right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit RecceNotes or its elements without authorisation. User-created data, including stages, notes and exported files, belongs to the user.

6. Exports

CSV and PDF files generated by RecceNotes are provided as user support. The user is responsible for checking exported content before using or sharing it.
